• Steamed

    The traditional and the most popular way to cook momos is to steam them in a steamer.

    ​​

    Step 1: Thaw sauce packets by placing them in a bowl of warm water.

    Step 2: Boil water until you see bubbles and place each momo individually in your steamer. Cook them for about 10-12 minutes.

    Step 3: Serve them on a plate, wait for them to cool slightly and enjoy!

  • Fried

    Another amazing way to cook the momos is to fry it in a pan. If you like fried things, you'll absolutely fall in love with fried momos. It's the best!

    Step 1: Thaw sauce packets by placing them in a bowl of warm water.

    Step 2: Put three tablespoons of oil in a fry pan  in medium heat. Place the momos in the pan leaving space among them.  Turn the momos frequently for 5 to 7  minutes until the outside is golden brown and the inside is hot. (The internal temperature of the momos should be 165 degrees.)

    Step 3: Serve them on a plate, wait for them to cool slightly and enjoy!

  • Microwave

    In a hurry or simply don't wanna wait too long for your momos?

    Just pop them in the microwave and you got your momos in minutes.

    Step 1: Thaw sauce packets by placing them in a bowl of warm water.

    Step 2: Place the frozen momos in a microwave safe dish lined with a wet paper towel. Place another wet paper towel on top of the momos. and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. (suggested for a 1000 watt microwave).

    Step 3: Serve them on a plate, wait for them to cool slightly and enjoy!
